This particular project was challenging for our maintenance crew as the homeowner's property had limited access to the water. This gave our crew the opportunity to utilize a variety of marine equipment to deliver the new finalized floating docks. A built-in Ipe bench, an aluminum flip-up ladder, a kayak rack, four-inch galvanized pipes (used to anchor the floats), and Ipe decking were used to complete this new pier and floating dock.
