New pile supported pier constructed using Ipe decking on the pier, ramp, float, and handrail. A custom stair set was constructed up the bank with matching Ipe decking. ThruFlow decking material was used over the area with marsh grass to allow for sunlight penetration. The project required the removal and disposal of an existing seasonal dock and a staircase. The project was completed ahead of schedule requiring less than 2 weeks total construction time.
