This project was a total beachfront restoration for a private club in Osterville that consisted of repairs to the existing stone revetment, groin repairs, beach nourishment, and a new access ramp. Large sections of the stone revetment were completely disassembled and reconstructed with suitable sized stone. Six existing stone groins were completely disassembled and reconstructed. The whole beach area was fortified with a large quantity of beach nourishment to fill between each stone groin and in front of the stone revetment. Lastly, a new timber access ramp was constructed to access the beach with heavy equipment for future maintenance.
