Sea Street Beach in Dennis Port lost a wooden staircase to storm damage earlier in the year. This public works project for the Town of Dennis was designed to provide a fixed aluminum staircase anchored into the rocks, able to withstand winds, wave, and tides. Our 55-ton mobile crane was used to lift the sections of the stairs into place. The lower section was designed to be removable for the winter months, preventing future permanent damage. A system like this one provides a stable, safe structure for visitors to Sea Street Beach to access the shoreline.
